I’m on vacation and eating like an asshole. 😡

Home tomorrow, and back on the wagon.

Been eating like an ahole every weekend for the past 3 weekends plus a week. After a filthy cheat week I've now shed my water weight (got up to 219#) and am at 205. 10 pounds away from my goal of 195. Then I switch to a Lean Gain style diet, and start eating carbs again (as in officially - not as a cheat). Baked potatoes and yogurt, hell yeah.

I'm really tempted to over exercise, under eat and overindulge in my Copenhagen habit, but that has ended in disaster in the past so as a reminder to myself:

    hold fast.

Everything sucks when you do it for 100 reps

    I bet that does!

I've done some longish workouts where everything has to be done for 100 reps. Wicked.

You clearly have some good endurance ability and a more disciplined eating regime than me. lol

Did over 3 miles of foot patrol the other day, full gear in the heat/humidity. Felt like a workout.

Good work sir. Foot patrol and Ruck march sounds cool until mile 3.

Really the tire flip is a power/ explosiveness workout for me as much as anything. 9-10 minutes unbroken reps. That’s my preferred method of cardio lol

Oh, believe me, I know why, I just went and looked in the mirror for who's responsible. Not excuses, reasons: Not going to the gym (had flu last week, out two days of work, flat on my ass the whole time) wife out of town which means I am off the leash, eating like a a hole.

Still. I am still here. One day at a time.
    196.8.

    In the right direction.

This week I: Did not eat like a large Asshole, but perhaps a small one. I had a doughnut on doughnut Thursday. It was delicious. Otherwise, tried to have an Atkins breakfast (sausage scramble) daily. Then a lunch with a sandwich (tuna) and piece of fruit. Then a reasonable portion dinner, with a protein the size of a deck of cards (fail here), a vegetable (brussel sprouts, green beans) and a salad. I also had a fish (salmon) salad and a couple dinner salads.

    201.6 pounds

32.75" waist (although my vanity Levis say I'm at 31 )

According to the Dave Draper bodyfat formula I'm at 12.38% bodyfat and went from a lean body mass of 179 to 176.64. I'd been staying between 179 and 182 LBM according to previous calculations, but something big happened to make my lose so much body mass.

Still eating around 2800 calories on keto. 180 to 185 grams of protein a day (on barbell workout days I drink a scoop of whey that I don't add to my log), sub 30 grams net carbs, and the ~220 grams fat. Only thing I can think of, is that my vacation is over and I'm working 10 hour days as a welder. Maybe I'm not eating enough but aside from some difficulty sleeping sometimes leading to tiredness, I don't feel starved or anything.

    EDIT:

My goal is still 6% bodyfat, which means an end weight of 187 pounds if my LBM stays stable.
