The wife and I watch that show. She dropped out in the first episode. It's kind of entertaining, and the staff are legit US and UK SOF dudes.

Making them line up in order of strongest to weakest was fascinating. I was surprised at the willingness of some do demote themselves to being weaker the second time they did it.
My wife and I watch it, too. They come up with some pretty neat shit. The sack over the head for the march into interrogation is a little over the top IMHO, but generally I enjoy it.

My wife started watching it and I’ve watched it too. I like it. I really enjoyed the CS exposure episode.
Just a dog chauffeur that used to hold the dumb end of the leash.
We've been watching it with our daughters (12 and 14) and have been enjoying it.
it gets harder and harder to find something all four of us want to watch together.

That brought back fond memories of Camp Pendleton and stumbling upon a BRC class that had, at times, a multi-acre cloud of CS around them.
Even better was when the atmosphere was just right and that cloud drifted down the saddles and benches and ruined the day of a MCT company.
