Safariland's website only shows 1.75" belt loop. I don't know if they dropped the 2.25, or if it is special order or something.

I'm currently using one of these:

That I bolted to a tek-lok type of thing that I had laying around.

My thinking is that those are existing stock, but I haven't contacted Safariland or anything. If so, now's the time to snap them up!

The 2” version of the 079 is like the secret menu at In-N-Out. It’s there, you just have to know to ask for it.

That is cool. It also looks to be made to last a long time.

I used Bladetech for a few years with no issues. Swapped over the the ESSTAC ones linked a bit ago a couple years back, they are great. I use their M4 pouches as well on my belt and PC. Pro tip: their short M4 pouch holds 2 pistol mags really good if your not carrying your long gun and want to plus up on your blaster mags.

Richard Cowell Tactical great kit, great service/people, well worth the extra $$ and construction time.

Never mind....found it. Unfortunately, they don't make the STX version for 226 mags.
