Just curious. I am very close to picking up a KKM barrel with compensator. I know that the comp should generally function fine with +P/NATO, but the barrel itself, any personal experiences with reliability issues over a pure OEM Glock?

I didn't have any issues at all with the one I had on my Gen 4 19.
One thing to look out for with the comp on a 19X or a Gen 5 19 is that the comp won't match the bevel on the slide and this could cause it to hang up on some holsters.
I ran a KKM on a Gen5 19 and it was 100% with everything. 147 HST was vetted thoroughly.
I have the PMM comp........nice seem less fit.
I was e-mailing KKM in August regarding a Roland 19X, and they said a Gen. 5-specific comp is in the works to match the bevel. Since I’m waiting for an Acro anyway, I decided to wait for the Gen 5 comp. However they did say there aren’t any functional issues with using the current-production comp.
I understand the cosmetic appeal of matching slide bevels, but it seems like any rotation of a matching comp out of alignment would prevent slide from a full return, as opposed to a regular comp.
