Newer Gen5 Glock 19 magazine. Insert snapped when I depressed the catch through the floor plate. Not a huge deal, as I had a spare on hand, and have sent an email to Glock about a replacement. Never had that happen before.

2. I have found this type of Glock mag disassembly tool (linked below) helpful and easier to use the than punch/push technique.
(Making general comment, not saying you did anything)
3. Glock should throw a couple of those inner plates in the mail and send those right out.
4. Drives home the point that mags are consumables and should be stocked accordingly.
Let us know what Glock says/does.
