Well, 03RN was pretty much practicing drive-by hits on a standing target 3-5 yards away, so.....

Why do you assume practicing a drive by instead of practicing defense from a carjacking or a barracade on a highway?

Bet Reginald Denny practiced shooting from his vehicle.

I think he was trying to be humorous.

And we all know Reginald Denny wished he practiced shooting from his truck, and that he had a compact effective weapon to defend himself.

Because if you've seen drive-by shootings and not Mad Max road barricade shootings, it sticks in your head.

And it's fun to make fun of your drive-by technique, or lack of it.
