Quite possibly. Lots of variables in play...her advanced age brings with it the high probability of further, possibly unrelated, complications (not wishing her ill here), not to mention that she may also face the possibility of making it through a second term under President Trump given that incumbents tend to see re-election which would put her into her early 90s by the end of a second Trump term. I suspect that RBG, despite her frail appearance, may be one those folks blessed with a robust physiology, but even then, such a "gift" does have a limit.

Full disclosure per the Pistol-Forum CoC: I am the author of Quantitative Ammunition Selection.
It appears that she is lucky that she fell and broke those ribs:

It turns out that she had lung cancer that was detected by imaging performed in response to the fall. Based on what is in the articles, she had 2 malignant nodules in the same lung that were most likely non-small cell lung cancer. They were removed by removing the involved lobe. This is likely curative provided that the preliminary metastatic work-up is correct that no distant spread was detected.
Lucky old bird but she’s not out of the woods yet. Flu season starts this week...

Say what you will, but she's one tough little cookie.
There's nothing civil about this war.
I bet she's a devotee of the film "Yellowbeard".
"Dying's the easy way out. You won't catch me dying. They'll have to kill me before I die!"
"If I ever needed to hunt in a tuxedo, then this would be the rifle I'd take." - okie john
"Not being able to govern events, I govern myself." - Michel De Montaigne
that's cold, dude...
