I dug out my early-production full-size M&P45 to give myself a change from shooting my TDA guns. The last time I shot it, there were a couple of times where I pulled the trigger and nothing happened, but I put it down as not letting the trigger reset due to shootig my PX4s so much. This time I often couldn't get through a full magazine without it happening. When it happened, I'd have to take my finger completely off the trigger and press again once or twice to get it to fire.
Since I'm a complete moron when it comes to gunsmithing, I've never detail-stripped the gun, just field-stripped it and cleaned it as well as I could. Once or twice I've sprayed the inside out with Gun Scrubber. The gun is completely stock. These last two range sessions are the only times it's hiccuped since I bought it new probably ten years ago. It's got ~5k rounds through it.
Suggestions?
