I have an AOS slide, RMR with backup sights in standard configuration, coming tomorrow. This is my conversation with Agency's tech support today.
Me: I've that slide coming tomorrow. What height sights do you recommend?
Them: We don't recommend sights, everyone is different with their preferences etc.
Me: What sights do I need to be able to see them?
Them: We recommend suppressor height sights.
Me: Suppressor height sights come in different heights, 0.315, 0.350, 0.400. What's the minimal height that's still visible through the RMR on AOS?
Them: Same as with any Glock.
Me: Thanks.
So, what height sights do you use with your AOS? Somebody here indicated that it sits as low as a direct milled. Do I go 0.300, 0.315, or 0.350 for the front sight?

If you were in their position you would not recommend anything either.
Perhaps I wouldn't have recommended a specific set of sights.
Then again, I think I would have known how tall my sight set needs to be in order to be seen without obscuring too much of a window. I am not asking to guarantee poa/poi, I only need a starting point.

I can tell you that a .360 height Ameriglo rear will work if you are looking for a lower co-witness.
Better yet, specify the model number.

Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.
I started out with a .315 tall front that I had. I was shooting low with it.
I have installed a .280 front to see how that works but have not shot with it. I am in PT for a partially torn ligament and that has limited my windows to shoot.
It is a GL-408.
I concur with the above. I have an AOS cut slide with GL-429's which shoot low at 25 yards.
How high/low of a sight you get will also depend on what barrel you're using. For example, at least with gen 3's, stock glock barrels seem to unlock earlier than most after-market barrels and therefore impact higher.
