For transparency sake, I emailed a couple of times during the process and sent a couple of texts (the owner emailed out this info at one point last summer to waiting customers). The only response I ever got was to tell me the timer was ready a year later. He did acknowledge the missed emails in his last communication. Patience appears to be the key with this product, and trust that they’ll eventually deliver what you ordered. My timer is scheduled to be delivered Friday.
