10 dead so far. One of the article states a shotgun and a .38... also multiple pipe bombs both on and off campus. But we all know initial reports are typically wrong.

“A gun is a tool, Marian; no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.” - Shane

HOODED gunmen have opened fire with automatic rifles, kalachnikovs, in Marseille, in south France – with one person reportedly injured.
Taking a break from social media.
Matthew E. Brow, 26, of Winchendon, Mass., pleaded guilty to two felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. The shooting occurred in the early-morning hours of Feb. 23 at the home of Teves, 27, on Cedar Road in Swanzey. Brow and Stephanie Teves had gone to sleep earlier that night. Brow told police he awoke, heard footsteps, saw someone he thought was an intruder, yelled and fired two shots from a 9 mm Glock handgun he kept by the side of the bed, according to an affidavit written by Swanzey police Detective Mary Wilson. He said he called 911 once he realized it was Teves. Teves was struck by two bullets — one in the right arm and the right side of her abdomen, the other in the left side of her abdomen, according to court documents. She was treated for life-threatening bullet wounds to the abdomen at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, Wilson wrote. Reading a statement in court Tuesday, Teves called Brow “kind and gentle” and said he poses no threat to society. Teves, who owns the Primal Fitness studio in Keene, said she still cannot drive or work. “Part of Matthew’s job is to take care of me,” she said. Branding him a felon, she said, “helps no one.” Cheshire County Attorney D. Chris McLaughlin acknowledged Teves’ statement but said Brow’s reckless discharge of a gun still constitutes a crime. Punishment in such circumstances, the judge continued, must balance fairness to the individual with sending “a message to society about how you handle guns.” Judge David W. Ruoff signed off on a plea deal that could allow Brow to stay out of jail and, if he complies with conditions of probation, have the two felony convictions downgraded to misdemeanors after two years. Under the agreement, Brow received two one-year jail sentences, with all but nine months of one sentence suspended. Brow is eligible to serve out the nine months on administrative home confinement, rather than in the Cheshire County jail. He cannot possess a firearm or other deadly weapon for five years.
