We still don't know if he knew any of his victims. One of those "honor" killings perhaps?

That's why I said "set out to murder some women." The voices told him it was time to turn the misogyny up to 11.

    No. Highly unlikely.

Victims were a 16 year old high school student (possibly Filipino?) and two white women, a middle aged probation officer and her 95 year old mother.

I read another article with more detail on his background - apparently in addition to the recent assault conviction, the suspect previously had three prior Domestic violence arrests - all for assaulting his step- father and a DWI arrest. It was reported the step father asked the judge in one of he the DV cases not to impose a no contact order because the suspect was "going through a tough time".

This guy fit the profile of a recruitment target for a jihadi lone wolf but those same factors could lead him to be a self motivated misogynist.

Not the same article but some more background: http://mynorthwest.com/400722/what-t...-mall-shooter/

Happy ending as long as Walmart doesn't fire the employee.

Happy ending even if he does get fired.
