What a ^#)%#! What caught my eye was that he was using a PTSD defense to indicate that he now remembered the second gun was in his pocket. But, IT WAS ON TAPE!
Oy! Being a psychologist, what hath we wrought with so many psychobabble claims? Given stress disorders are real, this idiot really pisses me off.

Protesters pause to remember Justin Carr; leader disputes police report
This current mystery is far more interesting to me than the riots.
In Carr’s case, police have not yet named a suspect or announced any arrests. Protesters dispute the police department’s version of events that Carr was shot by a fellow civilian, not a police officer.
The Rev. Robin Tanner of Piedmont Unitarian Universalist Church, told CNN Friday morning she was standing behind Carr when he was shot. She called the scene “chaos” and questioned how anyone could conclude that it was a civilian who shot Carr.
