    From press:

    NYT:

Mr. Bradford received a general discharge from the United States Army in August. An Army spokesman said Mr. Bradford had not completed his training but would not elaborate.

    WP:

About an hour before the shooting, Bradford had posted on Facebook a photo of him posing in a doorway wearing the shredded jeans and T-shirt in which he would die. Digital scribbles on the photo obscure his left hand, in which he appears to be holding something.

*For those unfamiliar, The MossadIL is, um, an unofficial account, not actually affiliated with Israeli governmental organization.
**Of course, that's what they would want you to believe...

Well, the curious case of Major Matthew Glosteyn is back in the news. It seems that Trump is going to weigh-in with a pardon.

For those unfamiliar, Glosteyn is the genius who decided to summarily execute a suspected bomb maker and then admit it twice - once during a CIA background investigation polygraph and again on FNC prime time. The first time he admitted shooting the guy the Army took his SF tab and Silver Star - a slap on the wrist for a confessed execution. The second time resulted in murder charges since he confessed on cable TV for the whole world to see.

Having been on the receiving end of multiple IEDs, I have no love loss for the T-ban or bomb makers in general. However, relying on tribal elders instead of your chain of command to be the final say on who you’re going to kill starts getting a little too “Colonel Kurtz” for me. When I started to realize that my bosses were amoral dipshits I simply left federal service and kept my mouth shut.
I like my rifles like my women - short, light, fast, brown, and suppressed.

Teen Shot By Citizen After Robbery (watch the video on Liveleak)

Stuart, FL - The Sheriff's Office said the teen went into Treasure Coast Liquidators at 2319 NW Federal Highway Thursday morning, and asked to see gold rings and a gold chain. Barbara Dacey, the owner of the store, said the teen put three gold rings, which cost at least $850 each, on his fingers. Dacey told the teen he couldn't try all the rings on at once, so "the male made a statement to the effect of 'I'm going to (EXPLETIVE) kill you' or 'I'm going to (EXPLETIVE) shoot you,'" according to a new Sheriff's Office report. Dacey's husband, Michael, said the teen ran out of the store with the rings, pushed through another employee, then got into a maroon Jeep SUV, which was driven by a 16-year-old, the Sheriff's Office said. Michael Dacey fired one shot at the vehicle with his Glock 19 handgun, hitting the 17-year-old in the head.

Shooting a property thief fleeing in a vehicle in the head ....

Nice shooting but I don’t see this ending well in court for the shooter, Michael Dacey.

Sheriff’s officials said Jakeem McMillian, 17, of Pompano Beach, and another teen - John Sidney Clark IV, of Lauderhill - were in the car, which was reported stolen. Both boys potentially face charges of robbery and grand theft auto. Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said Michael Dacey thought gunfire was going to be coming out of the vehicle. “He’s legitimately in fear of his life. He’s legitimately in fear of his employee,” Snyder said. “He was afraid that his wife had just been robbed at gunpoint.” Snyder said in violent encounters things happen fast, and adrenaline is pumping. “We have to step back as investigators and try to get into the mind of the person who fired the gun and at the point that he fired the gun was he justified,” Snyder said. Snyder said if McMillian dies, then Clark will be charged with felony murder, which he said prosecutors agreed with. Clark was arrested on robbery and grand theft auto charges.
