“... tell me if this hurts” is fairly incriminating. Doesn’t sound like something he would say if he though it was a blank.

I once shot a raccoon in the ass with that load, and it apparently hurts a lot.

Tucson homeowner fatally shoots 2 men during attempted break-in, police say

The incident happened around 3:45 a.m. on Oct. 16, when officers responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots at a home near East Duncan and North Swan Road in midtown Tucson. According to Tucson police spokesman Officer Frank Magos, two adult males were found with obvious gunshot trauma behind the home. Magos said one of the men was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was taken to Banner University Medical Center in Tucson with life-threatening injuries, where he later died. The identities of the two men have not been released by police. Upon further investigation, detectives learned the homeowner was asleep inside the home when she was woken up from noise coming from the back of the residence, Magos said. She then went to investigate and found two men trying to force their way into her home. "She confronted them, she armed herself with a firearm and shots were fired and that info was relayed to us by 911," Magos said.

SAPD: Men attempting to repossess Jeep shot at by owner

SAN ANTONIO - Two men attempting to repossess a Jeep outside a North Side home were shot at by the vehicle's owner early Monday morning, San Antonio police said.

The incident occurred about 4 a.m. outside a home in the 800 block of West Ridgewood Court, not far from San Pedro Avenue and Blanco Road.

According to police, the men were not hit by the gunfire, but were shaken up.

Police said as it turns out, the men were repossessing the wrong vehicle. They said the owner actually had two Jeeps and had switched the license plates on them. The one that was supposed to be repossessed is locked up where they couldn't get to it, authorities say.

Police said the SUV's owner will be charged with discharging a firearm in a municipality. He told police he was angry because the men were taking the wrong vehicle.
