This deal also came up today. New, rifle sights, Flexitab, etc. Might be a better deal in the long run.

An old Wingmaster can be a joy, but the real appeal of these guns is the bayonet mount. If you want to make one of these guns into a defensive piece as opposed to a period piece (nothing wrong with a period piece for fun shooting), I would plan on buying a used Express Magnum and swapping out the trigger plate, bolt, and carrier. It is cheaper to buy the used Express than the flexitab components.

The value here is that they are selling genuine distinctively marked milsurp riot guns in complete form.

It's not the gun I would pick for a build project because it would be like building an original Yenko Camaro into a dragster.

Thanks for that. And, shit, they were all sold out when I pressed buy.

    Stellar deal.

If only the cross-bolt Remington safety didn't drive me nuts....I'm solidly Mossberg because of their awesome tang mounted safety, which is a shame because of deals like this.

Somebody convince me to buy this.

The Vang big dome makes it so you can disengage the safety with the base of your trigger finger as you put your finger on the trigger.

It's not Mossberg easy to put the safety back on, but it's just about Mossberg easy to take it off.

It really is a game changer, IMO.

ARFCOM got hold of the link. Within about 2.5 hours they went from having about 100 folders and over 700 fixed stock guns to zero.

That's how rare a find these things are. Especially at that price, shipped.

A normal Police 870 with a brass bead in unknown condition/use history is ~$280. A rifle-sight barrel is ~$170 or more. A quality mag extension will more than close the remaining gap. If you want one of these and don't already have one, or you want a second one, this is probably the best deal you'll see for awhile.

Wonder how many of those went to people who are, by the letter of the law, unlicensed dealers planning to take them to gun shows?
