    I've taken several Myers-Briggs tests, both individually and corporate sponsored, and have come up ENFJ each time. I don't disagree.

    MBTI is puffery that management/business likes to tout, but AFAIK, is generally seen as almost a pseudoscience by those in psychology (which to an engineering major, is mildly amusing).

    That's what we're taught in psych classes too. MBTI is big in business world but it's not a valid measurement. The five factor model is what clinical psychologist says have actual utilities.
