@Glenn E. Meyer I hope you are wrong. A primary reason many people voted for Trump, or against Hillary as the case may be, was the appointment of SCT Justices to protect the 2nd. For some unknown reason, the Court has not granted cert on any 2nd Amendment cases of late. Kavanaugh may turn that tide. If he doesn't, then the roadblock was not necessarily Kennedy; Roberts perhaps.
