    Copy it is your duty gun, but highly doubt you would use it like above. If you cannot replicate and have replaced the spring, I'd chalk it up to a fluke. I would burn some ammo as you say to reinforce the comfort level.

    Just an update for anyone following.
    New spring and slide lock are still en-route, but I did shoot a little over 500 rounds, mix of 180 HST and American Eagle. Gun works as it should.

    Does the Glock Corp have an explanation for this event? I understand that in the past such has occurred.

    Seriously, though, I don't know of any known issue with that particular Glock.
    Sorta around sometimes for some of your shitty mod needs.
