Yeah I guess I will give it a go. Gotta move a few things first but I’ll report back once I have it done.

Dunno, I think it petered out. To be honest, I've since acquired a Ruger LCR 38 and find it addresses most of the issues I had with the j-frame platform. If Ruger comes out with a fixed sight 3" model with a shrouded hammer, I may sprain something whipping my wallet out.

I pretty much hopped the fugly train for more functionality, myself.

When you carry it concealed, none of your friends see you carrying it.

Brief threadjack: what did the LCR solve for you guys that the J-frame didn't? I'm wide open to make a switch...
Hain’t we got all the fools in town on our side? And ain’t that a big enough majority in any town?

    Better sights, better trigger.
Secondary improvements were it being slightly lighter and being more shootable.

For me, it was all about the sights, but I’ll take the other small gains per the above, so long as I’m at it.

If Mr Williams is out, I wonder about moving to Karl Sokol.

Also, I am close with XS Sights. I believe I can get a P-F deal.

I picked up a .38 only airweight marked model 360. It has a fired case date from back in 2008. It came with two sets of the uncle mike’s grips. I couldn’t pass it up for the price.

Not the greatest source, but interesting writeup on those. Likely the forum moderator could correct/fill in some details.
