    The Gold Dot is electrochemically bonded - might be a plating process as well.

    Well, it’s thick, but doesn’t pull back away from the interior metal like a jacket would when violated via dremel. Sticks together. So, a bonded FMJ? Or does plating mean the same thing?

    Looks plated to me.
    We could isolate Russia totally from the world and maybe they could apply for membership after 2000 years.
