I’d be pleasantly surprised if anyone actually found it shocking to see members of a party approve of an action when their people were in power and protest the same action when done by the other guys.

I just started reading the linked argument. I am not comfortable with a conspiracy charge without an underlying criminal charge; but I’m not surprised the feds use it. My first question is why isn’t that standard being used against government employees? Who defrauded the government ? Why was this standard not applied to the last administration? Crazy times
