Hi all,

I’m looking into buying a Ruger LCR in .357 mag. I’ve found some great prices online here https://www.sportsmansoutdoorsuperst...ction-revolver

But I’m not sure if either of those are good places to buy. Anyone have any experience with either of them? Or other recommendations? Only online gun purchase I’ve made was through PSA.

Also, can anyone confirm that recent production LCR’s in 357 mag no longer have the lock under the grip?

I've dealt with both Grab A Gun and Buds with no problems what-so-ever... But they are pretty pricy on the .357 version (they do offer a price match.) Here's the .38+p version, FWIW...

I just got a 442 from Grabagun. Great price but took them about 5 days just to ship the order. But shipping was 2-day air. Overall experience was ok.

I bought a 5450 LCR .357 Mag from www.cdnnsports.com for $459.99 with S&H at $4.75 16 July.

They shipped a day after the order was placed, a Monday if I recall correctly.

My FFL had it Thursday and I picked it up Friday. My overall experience with CDNN was very positive.

There is no mention of a lock in the Instruction Manual nor any sign of a lock under the grip (I looked).
