I've been using voodoo floss to work on some of my tennis/golfer elbow. It's unpleasant to use and can feel like a tendonitis flare up for about 15-30 minutes after application. In the last few weeks I would guesstimate an overall 75% reduction in elbow pain for 24 hours after treatment, a 50% long term reduction, and no flare ups after grip work. So the most effective thing I've used outside of dry needling and acupuncture. Three rounds of wrist roller to get a good pump and a tight floss from the wrist up to push the out, has worked wonders.
