Phoenix area gunsmith to shave FSB?

Looking for someone local to shave the FSBs and install rails on a couple of BCM uppers (DD and Larue). Any recommendations for someone who does quality work in the Phoenix metro area? (Or elsewhere in the state--I travel a lot for my job, so if there's somewhere absolutely awesome outside of Phoenix, I may be able to make it work.)

Derrick Martin. He may have sold his business by now, Accuracy Speaks. He is the gun smith at the Rio Salado Sportsman Club on the Bush Highway in East Mesa.
He wrote a book on the AR, was on All-Guard shooting Team and shot Distinguished in both Pistol and Rifle.
