I just couldn’t pull the trigger this morning. Bags were packed, except for guns. Didn’t know what I wanted to shoot. Kind of bummed, now my window of opportunity is gone.

Just got a KAK Baby Blonde upper in 300 Blackout. Took it out for its maiden shoot.
After some function testing I zeroed with Barnes 110 TTSX. Not the greatest group but well dispersed around the X. 110 VMax shot tighter. More to come.
Shot these four rifles. The Aero M5 308 is still finicky with the can on. It has extraction/ejections problems intermittently. It does not have a gas port adjuster. The Tikka T3x lite 308 shot well. I think I need a better 1-6 scope than the Strike Eagle. It can hit 400 yard steel off sticks with it though. This is probably the last time I'll shoot the CZ 550 .375. Probably going to reschedule my Zimbabwe trip to next year. The M1, always works and I haven't jammed by thumb once!
The view from my shooting sticks. The hills are have steel targets off varying sizes. The steel IPSC dead center is about 250 yards away.
I confirmed poa/poi on my EDC G19 after moving to 147gr ammo. Rest of my range session was verifying function of my inherited H&R .32S&W with some Magtech wadcutters, which were super smoky and dirty. Then put some 9mm through my Colt Combat Commander which hadn't seen any range time in a while. Finished up with some FGMM wadcutters through my S&W model 13. It was my first opportunity to shoot it since getting it back from my smith post hammer bob and trigger job. It was an even sweeter shooter than before and with the .38 wadcutters was more akin to shooting a .22lr than a .38spcl!
Your guess is as good as mine. I traded for it and all the work and parts that were added were added by the previous owner. Minus the Shield Arms mag release and mags.
I don’t have enough rounds through it to give a great opinion about the 48 trigger. I will say that the 48/Gen 5 style triggers that I have shot (mostly my G5.19) make me go “meh”. I’ve got a G2.19 trigger that is stock and blows both of them (including the Overwatch) out of the water. I do like the flat face of the Overwatch compared to the stock triggers for sure.
Sorry I couldn’t answer your question better, but I just don’t have enough rounds through it for an intelligent opinion.

I got a half day off from work so it was time to hit the range with my old Ruger #1 7mm mag and the BCM AR with the YHM Turbo.
My takeaway is that I need a lot more practice shooting for accuracy from the bench. I shot the AR first with various ammo, my reloads seem to do the best. I then started with the Ruger shooting 5 shot groups. then shooting the AR off hand at 10" steel for 5 min while waiting for the 7mm to cool off.
This was all at 100 yds, This club has a 200 yard range but I want to get more consistent before trying 200.
All too soon I had to pack up and head home to get ready for work.

Play that song about the Irish chiropodist. Irish chiropodist? "My Fate Is In Your Hands."
@gringop
Try better bullets than the 55 FMJ. They're the worst you can buy for accuracy. Try a 69 or 77 Sierra Matchking and see if your groups shrink.
