Correct on EGW. With the PRD, weight is right on the edge of reliability. CCI SV will occasionally fail to cycle unsuppressed. It works 100% suppressed with the increased back pressure. EGW mount for the PRD weighs 306gr + 1.12oz for the optic. MPRD mount weight 259gr + .6oz for the MPRD which is inbound. PRD is going back on the 10/22 Charger.

took my SBRs and my G48s to the range today. Annoyingly, the troublesome G48 had another FTRTB today with fiocchi 124gr ammo, but the frequency is down to 1/60 (yay ??).

Not sure what to do with this gun at present. Don't want to send it back to glock for a third time and am annoyed. On the bright side, it good twin jut broke 1,000 rounds with 0 malfunctions so I am comfortable carrying that one at least. May just relegate this one to a practie gun and shoot it to see if it isnt a burr on something stupid that will wear in over time. Either way I will not carry this gun.

My SBRs both broke 1k rounds each today as well and have, also on the bright side, performed great. The FDE gun was a DSG 11.5 pistol I built from a kit and the black gun is an Aero upper I sent to a smith for a once over and gas block taper pin. Both are totally flawless with all manner of ammunition. Looking back at how little I paid for both, I am quite pleased.

Try a new RSA in your troublesome G48. As discussed elsewhere the 48 uses the G43 recoil Spring system. As such they will need replacement more frequently than on service size guns.

10/10/10 shows grip is small and squirmy for me when trying to go faster. I may need a sleeve or some taking grip tape in this. The grip is so small my hands are actually getting in the way of each other when I’m trying to apply proper grip pressure to go fast. The difference in the two runs is all grip. Not looking for a 100 but I’d like to have everything at least in the Black.

This is still a pretty new gun - under 300 rounds fired total. Bought it brand new from a gun store.

I called up Glock and they said they put a total of 150 rounds through the gun and were unable to duplicate the stoppage, using a variety of ammo. The only difference between my use and Glock's experience is that I've only shot my G48 with the SCD in place - sent it back to Glock with the OEM slide plate.

It may be the case that the SCD is not properly tensioning the EDP assembly or something. I may investigate that avenue first.

The SCD should not effect FTRTB. Try it without the SCD, if no joy, RSA’s are cheap and you will want a couple on hand anyway. I would probably want to change a $.43 RSA at about half the round count of a service size gun, so 3500 ish rounds.

Vector AK 7.62 - because the ammonia is available - this thing needs an Ultimak and red dot.

    More 365XL work.

94 seems to be a trend at 25!

Shot the DHS P320, the X-ray irons aren’t great for B8s at 25 but the bigger gun was much easier to shoot on the 10/10/10

One thing with irons vs the dot at 25 - It seems like with irons at 25 I can call my shots as they break or just after accurately but with the dot I can catch an errant shot before I break it in correct.

Did you ever get this figured out?
