Rhode Island has a qual for carry permits. It's 30 rounds at 25 yards on a B-22. 195 is passing out of 300 points.

Me and the guys at the range continually try to outshoot each other.

My all time PR is a 283 iirc. I shot a 281 today with my new to me 19-3. I was using perfecta .38 ball.
