Thrill, if you want to get the political emails from the NRA, you need to subscribe to the NRA-ILA alerts. Go to the NRA-ILA Action Center, hit the "email signup" link and you'll get the important political action messages. If that's what you're interested in getting from NRA, I'd recommend that course of action.
