    I grew up on Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, and Beverly Hills Cop, but wouldn't confuse them with...reality.

    The Wire is probably the best police series ever filmed.

    Hey, I LOVED Turner and Hooch. Tom Hanks is great in that movie. Not my favorite of his early comiedies but I still really like it.

    I watched The Gauntlet again the other day. I like that movie but I can see why it doesn't get as much attention. It's not bad but it's not as good as the first couple Dirty Harry movies or many of Clint's westerns.

    Bad Boys II is one of my favorite comedies, even if the story is absurd.
