Will a CZ-07 fit a Safariland 537 GLS for an HK P2000?

I have a friend who is considering buying a CZ-07 who wants to know if that gun will fit in a Safariland 537 OWB retention holster designed for the H&K P2000. The Safariland 537 is not available for the CZ handguns. He wants an OWB holster with a retention feature and was told that the Safariland 537 OWB designed for the H&K P2000 will work for the CZ-07. I don't own any CZs, nor am familiar with the

The GLS 578 fits the P07.
