If you shot a G26 side by side you’d notice much less recoil. It’s really not even close.

I have less recoil holding onto a G26 with two fingers than a P365XL full grip.
I would be curious what percentage of your grip on the pistol you give up with a 26 versus a 19 length?
Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.

Good question - I think that would depend on many factors and wouldn’t be universal for all.

For example, grip strength and technique. With only two fingers on the grip and my pinky curled firmly below the grip, I feel more locked in than when shooting with a pinky extension. This phenomenon has to be due to certain angles creating better leverage for me than others.

I would argue the reduction of recoil from a G19 is mostly due to the longer backstrap and not my pinky on the grip.

Thank you. I may consider joining then. Has anyone noticed whether anyone has sold SCDs in the classified sections before? Also, any other places that I should consider posting a WTB ad would be greatly appreciated! I’m most concerned about getting a genuine and not a knock off SCD.

They do pop up pretty often, both being offered and sought.

Went back to carrying with the 12 round OEM magazine, (rattle with 12 rounds notwithstanding)...because reasons...such as Ersie Joyner, faster / full grip, and still easy to conceal, especially when wearing a sweatshirt in cooler weather.
There's nothing civil about this war.

I actually have been carrying mine with the Pearce +1 on my ankle as a duty backup for awhile. Works great too, no rattle or anything in this particular mag too.

Still need to get me some NS for it though but I shoot it so well I am afraid that it will change my POA/POI which I have had issues in the past with on my G19's. I realize that GAP has basically done the work on this I just have not pushed myself to get them yet...

In my somewhat limited experience, even rounds in Glock Mags rattle while odd numbers don't.

Oddly enough, I agree...even though I find it sets off my OCD somewhat...but not too badly.

I figured it out playing with the OEM 24rd mags... They rattle like a toddlers toy. But there's enough room to squeeze in a 25th round which stops the rattle but probably over-stresses the mag. My solution was to add the OEM +2 which allows for 27rds without causing the mag base to start bulging out.
