Glock 42/43 AIWB mag pouches

Does anyone make a very thin pouch for either of these guns? I'm looking for something that will work without a belt on running shorts or other beltless garments.

The ideal pouch would have the following features:

1. Angled and long enough not to roll out (like the JM Custom AIWB pouches).

2. Mounted with a steel clip (like the Dark Star Gear holsters) or stippled belt clip with a hook that fully contacts the pouch body (like the Keepers Errand holsters).

3. Made of thinner kydex (like the FIST holsters); it's a mag pouch, fercryinoutloud.
