This^ is pretty much it.. California Democrats like Feinstein, Pelosi, are on their way out.. The Democrat party is IMO, going full communist, the only way they can win elections is by promising free shit to their voters. This seems to sit well with alot of the illegals who vote in California, as most come from socialist countrys, and are familiar with the concept. (one would think they would've learned from past experience) Plus, the DNC sees socialism, communism, as "progressive" and appalud people like Maxine Waters for example, for her comments. In their opinion, she gets it. This is what the Dems are morphing into, look for a name change, to" Democratic Socialist" party in the future..

The only problem with all of that is, the radicals who promote this, and want to take over the DNC, are intolerant of anyone who is'nt 100% behind their policys, so they're seen as a enemy. This will cause them to eat their own, as well as force other supporters out, and as they lose more and more elections they will double down going farther and farther to the left. After all, the main reason communism failed is because they did'nt go far enough, although millions who were murdered, worked to death in the camps might disagree..

The fly in the ointment, is, we have a younger generation coming up who dosen't understand what communism represents.. they think it's going to be free collage, free apartments, free wifi, free medical, free food, jobs for everybody, etc, etc, because they were, and still, being taught revisonist history, which glorfiys communism, they don't know about the brutal repressive side of schemes like communism, God help them, if they ever have to find out.. This to me in a nutshell, is what we're up against..Not so much the DNC, but waking these people up. Communism flourishs on ignorance, it's perfect for those who cannot think on a critical level, and God knows we have collages who have deemed it their job to keep these kids as dumb as possible..

colleges... not collages. they're really different.

There's a comment on the article about this over on Legal Insurrection that makes an interesting point
instead of an evil crone with decades of seniority that can push dangerous legislation, we’re going to have a zero time in grade fool who can only propose idiocies and blather stupidities.

since it’s a given they would both vote the same way on key issues, this is a net win for both #Failifornia & the US, IMHO.
him, and that crazy eyed chick in the NY-14, (assuming either/both win their respective seats) will be basically ignored by the "adults" in the room when they propose epically stupid shit.

Most of y'alls weren't paying attention, but DeLeon was a significant player in getting the CA legislature to pass Gunpocalypse. Don't let that stupid video lull you into thinking he's harmless if the Ds figure out how to slow down their campaign to get a bunch of Rs elected again.

On one hand, they lose her influence in Senate Rules, Appropriations, Judiciary (Ranking Member), and Intelligence committes. On the other, they gain a zero-time-in-grade fool. Is the devil we know is the better choice?

He's an elitist. He threw himself an inauguration party when he became leader of the CA Senate. We were told it did not cost taxpayers any money. 6 or so months later we find out that was not true.
There's no gun control bill he does not like.

Currently they are trying to pass a bill that requires a background check for us to purchase any semi-auto part such as a firing pin or magazine.

He has remarked that half his family in this country are here as illegal aliens so you know he's an open border jackass.
Don’t blame me. I didn’t vote for that dumb bastard.

When Feinstein isn't 'left' enough for you, I guess you look for the second coming of Che.

That's because it has nothing at all to do with public safety, or anything else they say it's about.

This country is engaged in a cold civil war. Gun control is a weapon that allows the politicians in D strongholds to make people who might possibly vote R to want to live elsewhere. They literally have found a way to use the law to oppress people who have conservative-leaning cultural tendencies. It is ethnic cleansing, pure and simple. And there will never be enough gun control while an R can still be elected in the relevant jurisdiction.

The flip side of the harm it creates is that when all the conservative-leaning people move to Arizona and Texas, the politicians there end up with an equally unshakable vote, as long as they allow the people to keep their guns freely. It costs the government nothing, and helps the economy. But the politicians can do whatever they want without meaningful checks on the extremes they may embrace.

Balkanization eliminates the checks and balances that keep government stable, durable, and of the people, by the people, for the people.

    Infiltrate high levels of government.
Deprive law-abiding people of their property, freedom and sense of welcome.
Welcome and embrace those who flaunt the law as a starting point of their presence.

Just saying what DeLeon does makes a reasonable person start to sound like Alex Jones.

Remember that our previous President had just over two years as a senator when he announced his candidacy for the big office.
