    One of the students in my Richmond, VA class asked me to demo a FAST at the lunch break. This was done cold and I was unaware he was filming. I show it twice to show the times recorded by ClipShot (which won't let me flip the video in the app).

    Sorry I did not show my hits as I did not know he was recording. I got 18 people that will vouch that it was clean though.

    Notice there are more holes on that target than my 2 rounds doing the test.

    We ran out of fresh targets and I used Spencer Keepers’s left over.

    Thank you.

    Before this class, I attempted the fast drill on my own a couple times and was like mid 7s with reload fumbles and such. Didn’t expect to even get close.

    I’m thankful to have gotten it done in 2 runs - skipping the pressure cooker of an all or nothing 3rd try
