For the last decade or so I have worn Wilderness Frequent Flier belt. When you order, call them and tell them you want them to sew velcro on the outer surfaces to mate up with your duty belt. When I got my first one i was considerably smaller in the waist and my duty belt felt like it was welded in place. I had a couple of belt mounted items that wanted to slip, and applying industrial velcro to those items locked them in well enough. Now that I am a bit larger, and losing weight I notice a little sag at 11:00-1:00, where the belt secures to itself. When I get back down to where I want to be weight wise I will likely need a new one as the overlap is creeping wider as my waist gets narrower. I am on my second kne and don't regret either.

I wear a Wilderness instructor belt with Velcro sewed on it. It’s a drive across the Valley to get there for me but they’ll sew it on while you wait. I’m sure if you called them they’d sew it and ship it for you.
Just a dog chauffeur that used to hold the dumb end of the leash.

I've been using the Graith (Shivworks edition of course ). I like it a lot. Bought two more in fashionable colors.

I use a inner belt from Cr Speed or Double Alpha. Real simple, thin and light weight. Has velcro on the outside. Cost about $20. I have a Don Hume Leather duty belt I brought about 8 year as ago when I came out of Dets the I wrap around and its secured by the velcro. I don't use keepers. Surprised the belt still fits because the tend to shrink

Here’s an idea. Have @Mack make you a Specialist with loop Velcro all the way around on the outside of the belt for use as a inner duty belt. I’d probably buy one of those.

What kind of outer belt are you using? Does it have hook or loop Velcro on the inside or not?

With a blacked out buckle too. Good and wide like an instructor's belt.....stiff too...... that still allows belt keepers in addition to the velcro goodness.

If he could come in under 40 shipped, I'd probably buy one as well.

We actually used to make under-belts a while ago that could be ordered with either hook or loop on the exterior of the belt but we had to discontinue them since they were poor sellers.
