My Wilson Combat (Beretta) Low Profile Safety is Defective?

It doesn't look like the hole isn't wide enough for the plunger to sit correctly.

All videos/images I've seen suggest it's supposed to sit like it does in the first picture. I was able to get the thing in there, but the lever wouldn't turn down (i.e. decock/go on safe). And the firing pin was protruding from the hole in the breech face.

Anyone else experience this? Wilson, if you're listening... care to send me a new part, ASAP?

I had the same issue. Josh at AGW can open up the hole in the safety lever for you for a nominal fee. I don’t think Wilson Combat will address it. It seems like a common enough problem that WC should address it.

You'd think. I'll contact them to see if they'll replace it. Or I'll have Midway send me a new part.
