I carry a full size or 2.0 Compact M&P, and/or a Shield, 99% of the time. The other times, I run the J frame, or low-pro K frame lifestyle.
K Frame with round butts and flush fitting stocks like these stag stocks, are very flat and easy to conceal.
The Model 12 - the forgotten gem in S&W's K-frame line. That is a sweet carry gun you have there.

About 19oz, empty. Several of us have said that the tine is right for a modern 12 reissue with a 2.5" to 3" tube, decent front sight, modern metallurgy (eg scandium) and no lock. Make it DAO like the night cobra, and I’d pay Dan Wesson vigil money for one.
