I don't know about that. If you kicked somebody to death, the forearms would not be directly involved. They might be witnesses or accessories, I guess.
The sad part to me is that the firearms seized in this jurisdiction will probably receive capital punishment with no appeal. Keeps them from reoffending "on the street" apparently.
