There's a thread here somewhere. I think it was in general discussion.

For me, it's kind of scary. I hope nothing really changes at AmeriGlo. Trijicon ignores me and many others.

Thanks for posting; I was not aware.

I gave up on Trijicon HDs due to overall height and the fact the rears were shredding my skin and clothes. I am pretty happy with the Ameriglo 0.180"s on my Glocks.

I was surprised to hear of this as well. I have known Rick for a lot of years, and know of his past history with Trijicon. They must have made him a very comfortable offer, and I'm happy for him.

I, like others, hope that AmeriGlo keeps that little guy mentality when it comes to their customer base. They have always been very receptive, helpful, and I can't say enough good things about them.

My hope is this acquisition doesn't muddy the waters.

I liked Ameriglo when they made high-quality gimmick-free night sights like the Operator. I especially like the yellow rear, green front Operators, which are now discontinued. I have 7 sets of these sights for Glocks, and would buy more if they made them for the CZ P-07.

If they discontinue the CAP, iDot, and the fully-retarded Ghost-ring, I really won't care.

Love the Ameriglo Hack's, run them on all my Glocks. Never really saw the value vs price with Trijicon offerings imo. Hope they continue to operate independently and turn out solid, useful sight options.

I'm wishing for the best, but expecting the worst from this merger. Time to order up a BUNCH of AMERIGLO sights...

I put a set of Ameriglo CAP sights on a new G19 and love them - WAY easier to see and line up compared to the Trijicon HDs I have on a couple other pistols. Plus I haven't ripped a single shirt with the CAP sights. I guess I better go ahead and other a few more sets just in case.
