Pistol discharge

Not sure if I'm in the correct forum but I haven't seen this on the board yet.

Any thoughts here? Some in the comments are claiming a fake. It's reported that this is a Glock 43 and an Incog holster combo in aiwb carry position. Again, supposedly there was nothing in the holster and the gun just "went off" when he bent over? I can't come up with a situation where a Glock would fire without the trigger being pressed all the way. Provided the gun was in good mechanical order and not screwed up from mods. I'm not familiar with this holster, can the pistol be pushed down too far and press the trigger?
