    Stainless 1911 twins.....5-25-18

    They belong to a father and son.
    They will be etched with the signatures of the late Col. Jeff Cooper and the late Gunsite Senior Instructor Mike Hughes.
    Grips are yet to be determined.

    That amount of precision is amazing. Getting one pistol exactly right is hard, and a matched pair is much harder than double the effort. No one does 1911 metal work any better.

    I'm not even slightly a 1911 guy, but whenever I see pics like those, I'm impressed. The only thing I don't like is the thing he said is "yet to be determined," the grips. Hopefully they end up with something that matches the beauty of the guns.
