If $600 is your "all in" price point (gun, holster(s), spare mags) I think the PX4 is about your only new option. Around my area, you might be able to find some of the other guns used at that price point, but normally they would all cost at or above $600 before any support gear.

You can find HK P30's for $550-600 all day long based on the model. The New pricing has really made them affordable. That's marked up glock money right there. There's plenty of online vendors at that price point. I'd list them, but I'm fuzzy on the rules on this forum about that.

It gets expensive when you add up all the “help” around here. I’ve been thinking about the CZ rabbit hole.
The P-01 seems to fit the stated requirements best. Don't forget to upgrade the trigger return spring though.
Lots if good options these days for pistols.
