    Plate loading pin & ball for grip strength training

    One plate loading pin and a baseball with a eye screw. You can load up it with plates and do a quasi anvil pull or a hub pinch, or attach the ball for some open hand grip work. It's a good break from the grippers and will help build the endurance that allows consistency in grip throughout a training session. I attached the baseball to a pull bar and it held me at 220lbs, I would recommend using it for only for lifts where your toes are out of the way.
