RFI: Benelli R-1

In another thread Tom referenced the Benelli R-1. That's new-to-me.

A google makes the R-1 look interesting, but what is the experience of actual users regarding reliability, handiness, accuracy? Particular weaknesses or strengths?

For those that choose to play, it would be nice if you could estimate the number of rounds fired, please.
