    To put some rules to it... Submit by EOD 5/3/18. Scale pic preferred but we're among friends so I'll trust ya. Scale pic for final required. Ends morning 6/1.

    I was as low as 221, now around 224. No scale pic for the holster but progress is progress.

    I’ve really been struggling to keep it down lately. Stress and bad eating habits are bad for your health :/

    Me, too. Made some good gains (er... losses?) for months, but now I've gotten complacent and plateaued. Gotta get my mojo back, because I just bought a bunch of new (smaller-size) pants, and I need to make sure that I fit in them.
