I've been using the standard tacos for a long time. Hunting, comps, training, AKs, ARs, esstac shotgun cards, 1911s, Glocks, beretta mags. I either use them or eagle surplus pouches.
Besides being bulky I like them a lot

Have you or @GJM seen the AWS LAB belt? Looks very similar:

The Safariland 71 Pouch would do the OP fine I would think. It is polymer, avail. in black or FDE, under 20.00 per and is "universal" in size as it has "accordion sides" such that the Coly SMG and pistol mags references should fit just fine.

I have the adjustable pouches from Tyr Tactical. They work very well over the last few years. Pistol mags from 1911 to G21. Rifle pouches work with 5.56 and .308 AR mags. I tried the HSGI but had to keep sanding down the corners of the plastic side pieces. They are unnecessarily sharp IMO.

I agree that the polymer pieces need sanding, but that's a worthy price to pay for truly universal mag pouches in my opinion.
I suppose, but it looks like they have 223 and 308-sized ones - the tacos work with literally every magazine, all in one, and adjusting the shock cord around it is almost optional. I find myself amazed at just how universal they actually are.
I have some .308 type 20-round magazines that have a slightly odd shape, and they will not, for example, fit in 'universal' 308 pouches intended for G3 mags. While, of course, they work perfectly in my tacos.
I also find the retention of the polymer clips 'just right', while these have cords for retention. I prefer to just slip a mag out without having to remove a flap or a cord tab.
