I'm definitely envious, Rich. Enjoy it.
I’m still in shock.
We did the deal this afternoon. I just could not get over the feeling this was meant to be.

The only oddity is it was ordered with white gauge faces. I’m not sure the rationale for that as they make the tach difficult to see but this is a small thing.
It also has a rear wiper, which would seem useful given the expanse of Glass.
I drove home at what seemed like 15 mph, avoiding the crazies at rush hour. I ran up and down through the gears, getting used to the clutch engagement point and 6MT after a four year drought since the M3.
Geez it’s nice to have three pedals. I may have no talent but damn it feels good.
I need to read the manual tonight, I never so much as turned on the radio on the test drive lol.
I love it.
Many thanks to all who commented in the thread. I really do appreciate your inputs on this. It helped a lot with the decision.

How do they look when lit?

Think for yourself. Question authority.
I like white gauge faces for nighttime driving because I need a lot less light to see the displays. I tend to run my cluster at very low light levels at night so that I can better see what is outside the vehicle. I suspect when you drive the vehicle at night, the gauge display is inverted. The white portion is opaque, while the "printing" is translucent (almost but not quite transparent). At night, the white portion appears black while the "black" printing appears white or red.

Much different:
Better I think. Kinda like @farscott was indicating, which makes quite a bit of sense.
It's amazing. Congrats.
