RMR01 washout

Never had an RMR06 wash out, as they can be turned up very brightly. I have direct insight observing dozens of RMR06's in duty use for 5 years--they worked better than all the other available options; yes some eventually flickered, but Trijicon rapidly repaired/replaced them. Many have gone for 10,000+ rounds without issues.

Pulled mine from the safe to mess with it. I take it y’all are just saying screw the auto adjustment feature and use it like an Aimpoint where you choose your brightness setting and run it that way? That worked for me with an X300U. I do wish there was a way to have both. Maybe one day someone will come up with an optic that knows when the weapon light is activated and adjust to that.

Guess I'm getting an 07 instead of the 01. I'll put it on my shockwave and the 06 will go on the AR.
