Dry Fire training Routine / schedule

    Hey.

Does anyone have a good Dry Fire training routine? I am currently just trying to fit in dry training whenever I can, and then just doing basic drills when I do.
Does anyone have a decent weekly / monthly schedule which covers all the essentials to keep proficient? Currently I am trying 2 sessions a week.

    Anything like this out there?

    thanks
    CP

Don’t know what your schedule allows, but Mike Seeklander hosts the “Daily Dryfire Challenge” on Facebook live M-F at 0630 CST on his business page “Shooting Performance.” I’m typically driving to work, but often watch the replays. He generally alternates defensive pistol, competition pistol, and rifle. Might be something to check out.
